We are seeking a talented individual to join the Payroll team within HR Shared Services. This hybrid role is based in Noida and requires working from the office at least three days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Process end-to-end payroll for employees accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, attendance, leaves, and benefits.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries and complete reconciliations.
Prepare and submit statutory reports and payroll-related filings, including tax filings and social security contributions.
Handle payroll audits and resolve discrepancies.
Support payroll system implementation and upgrades.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
Maintain the confidentiality of payroll information.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
Familiarity with local labor laws and tax regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Minimum three to five years of payroll processing experience.
Experience with payroll software and systems.
Experience working in a multi-country or multi-region payroll environment is preferred.
Preferred Experience
End-to-end payroll experience with strong Excel skills for one or more of the following countries or regions: Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, United Kingdom, or APAC.
