Job Description
This role is pivotal in delivering a smooth and efficient employee experience across the employee lifecycle. As a Specialist within Global HR Delivery, you will support high-quality HR operations by ensuring accurate HRIS processing, timely service outcomes, and consistent employee and manager support, while partnering with key stakeholders to maintain strong service standards and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day administration and maintenance of employee records in the HRIS for new hires, existing employees, and exiting employees, executing Hire-to-Retire transactions such as onboarding, employee data changes, letters, and separation actions, providing employee and manager support through self-service guidance and helpdesk responses, preparing, processing, and maintaining HR documents and letters using standard templates (offer letters, confirmations, verification letters, etc.), coordinating with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing related to new hires, changes, and exits, supporting background verification and reference check processes as per defined guidelines, generating, reviewing, and analyzing HR reports (headcount, attrition, leave balances, compliance metrics), ensuring compliance with internal HR policies, data privacy norms, and statutory requirements, identifying and resolving data issues or case exceptions by partnering with HRIS, Payroll, Security, and other teams, maintaining high levels of data accuracy, documentation hygiene, and first-time-right processing, contributing to process improvements, SOPs, and knowledge documentation, and supporting additional HR operational processes as required. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field, relevant HR operations or HR shared services experience (5-8 years), and exposure to global HR processes is an added advantage. Core Competencies and Skills include knowledge or proficiency in HRIS platforms (Oracle, Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors), analytical skills with the ability to validate information and prepare reports, and proficiency in MS Excel.
