The company is specifically looking for candidates with hands-on HR experience in a PR, Communications, Creative, Advertising, or Agency environment.
Mandatory Requirements:
3+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a PR, Communications, Creative, or Agency environment.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment including JD drafting, candidate sourcing and shortlisting, interview coordination, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
Hands-on experience managing performance appraisal and performance-linked incentive cycles.
Experience in designing, implementing, and improving HR policies and processes.
Experience driving Learning and Development initiatives.
Experience planning and executing employee engagement programmes aligned with organisational culture.
Strong understanding of HR operations including salary slips, leave administration, benefits management, employee records, and documentation.
Experience handling exit formalities including resignations, terminations, and clearances.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Analytical, approachable, and adaptable personality with the ability to work comfortably with both people and data.
Education Degree or Diploma in HR is mandatory.
