Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational, commercial, and support roles.
Handle candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer rollouts, and candidate pipeline building.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and other day-to-day HR operations.
Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS, reports, and relevant employee data.
Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive employee experience.
Assist with HR policy implementation, labour compliance, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate training activities and other employee development initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HR portals, and AI tools to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
Work effectively under tight timelines and manage multiple HR and recruitment priorities.
