We are looking for an HR professional for the position of Senior Executive – HRBP in an International BPO organization. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, employee relations expertise, and the ability to partner effectively with management while maintaining a fair, compliant, and employee-focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws, payroll, benefits, and disciplinary processes.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and employee connect initiatives.
• Drive appraisals, promotions, increments, and performance management cycles.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and improvement initiatives.
• Conduct job analysis and competency mapping.
• Manage employee onboarding and induction.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and morale-building initiatives.
• Conduct skip-level meetings and strengthen employee relationships.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and data or trend analysis using Excel.
• Conduct weekly and monthly internal and external reviews and develop improvement strategies.
• Support job rotation and HR workforce availability as per business requirements.
• Partner with business leaders and support functions on HR-related matters.
• Ensure statutory compliance, audit readiness, and process compliance.
• Manage POSH/ICC-related compliance and initiatives.
• Support CSR and employee engagement activities.
