House of Diagnostics is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding and HR documentation. This internship provides an opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience to gain practical exposure to core HR activities and develop their skills in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate coordination and recruitment-related activities.

Assist with new employee onboarding and joining formalities.

Collect and maintain employee documents and records accurately.

Update recruitment and employee trackers and MIS reports.

Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

Pursuing or completed MBA, PGDM or BBA in HR or a related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Data Analysis

Prepare reports summarizing pay trends, internal equity, external competitiveness, benefits utilization and other Total Rewards analytics. Provide insights to business and leadership teams to support informed decision-making.

Vendor Management

Work with third-party vendors, including compensation and benefits providers and brokers, to ensure high-quality services and cost-effectiveness.

Enhance Employee Understanding

Support the development of communications designed to improve employee understanding of the Total Rewards package and the programs and benefits available to them.

Compliance

Ensure Total Rewards programs and policies comply with applicable local labour laws and regulatory requirements.

Audit

Support internal and external audits related to compensation and incentive plans, ensuring adherence to policies and accuracy in reporting.

Projects

Participate in India and global Total Rewards projects as and when required, contributing to the implementation and improvement of compensation and benefits initiatives.

ELC - HR Specialist

As a core member of the Employee Life Cycle Management team, the HR Service Specialist will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive HR service support to the HR community, business managers and employees. Reporting directly to the Team Lead, the role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee-related information across various stages of the employee life cycle.

The primary focus is to provide high-quality support to internal stakeholders by maintaining data integrity, adhering to service level agreements and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role requires a strong customer service orientation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Your Responsibilities

This position is responsible for managing employee data accurately from Hire to Retire through the complete process in Hi-Next, as the data will flow to all downstream applications.

Ability to work across different geographies and regulatory environments.

Ability to analyze and understand complex problems and their resulting dependencies.

Excellent attention to detail, time management and multitasking skills.

Support in preparing offer letters for shortlisted candidates.

Prepare offer letters for shortlisted candidates and keep track of background verification status.

Support key Employee Life Cycle processes such as onboarding of new professionals, professional data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers and offboarding of professionals.

Monitor payroll-related data in Workday, including salary and regular payments, and ensure that supporting documentation is in place.

Oversee time-sensitive procedures and ensure that data such as salary, one-time payments and bank information is validated as correct and genuine.

Adhere to the SOPs and Work Instructions defined for each process and follow the instructions as specified.

Identify process deficiencies and perform initial root cause analysis in support of process improvements.

Ensure achievement of SLA targets and agreed KPIs. Identify root causes of operational issues and implement improvement measures.

Capture Employee Life Cycle related activities in appropriate systems and record employee queries in the appropriate IT system or ticketing tool. Take ownership of the complete employee life cycle from Hire to Retire or Termination.

Ensure execution and delivery of Employee Life Cycle services according to defined Service Level Agreements including turnaround time, quality and customer satisfaction.

Extract reports for internal data quality through ad-hoc queries or customized transactions. Demonstrate willingness to learn and implement learning in an innovative manner.

Your Background

Graduate or MBA.

At least 1–3 years of experience in HR Shared Services in a global organization will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

A collaborative and solutions-oriented approach with strong analytical skills and a proactive way of working. The role requires a can-do attitude focused on serving customers effectively.

This role requires the candidate to work in a night shift to support global operations.

Purpose of Role

The HRBP role is part of the global HR function and works closely with and reports into the Functional Senior HRBP. The role holder will provide HR administrative support in line with the functional strategy while supporting central HR processes.

The role holder will also be the first point of contact for people managers and will interact daily with various stakeholders, advising and supporting them on functional HR activities.

The role requires a proactive and passionate HR professional who can provide timely and efficient HR support to the manager population. The role holder will be a key point of contact for guidance around HR policy and processes, administrative support to other HR teams and responses to general HR queries. The role also involves continuously looking for ways to ensure the HR service provided exceeds the expectations of the team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Support the SHRBP in implementing the global HR strategy and change management projects.

Support the HR department in implementing programs designed to improve the employee experience in line with functional needs.

Act as the first point of contact by providing high-quality functional support to management and participate in regular meetings with respective business units.

Work closely with HR Managers to ensure that the function receives appropriate HR guidance. Provide regular feedback to the HRBP regarding employee relations, employment law, trade union relations and complex change projects.

Provide data and reports for assigned business units and other HR functions.

Collect training needs for business units and individual coaching needs while working closely with centres of excellence.

Review and provide data from employee engagement surveys and support the implementation of initiatives designed to improve employee engagement.

Handle administrative tasks for the function including recruitment support, SuccessFactors processing and other assigned HR activities.

Be responsible for ensuring data integrity in HR systems and supporting HR processes.

Perform any other duties as assigned.

Skills / Knowledge & Experience

Successful experience in a similar HR role.

Solid problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude.

Fluency in English.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and act with discretion.

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in the MS Office suite of applications. Strong skills in Excel and Word are required, while experience working with SAP or SuccessFactors is an advantage.

Ability to quickly connect with people across different countries and cultures.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while handling multiple activities simultaneously.

A positive can-do attitude driven by continuous improvement and a desire to generate creative ideas and follow them through.

Ability to collate, analyze and interpret people data.

Some travel may be requested as part of the role.
