About the Role
Intuitive.AI is looking for a Lead HR - US Operations to lead and manage HR operations for employees across North America. This is a full-time, remote position open across India with an immediate start.
The role will own the complete HR operations lifecycle, ensuring efficient and consistent execution of employee lifecycle processes while maintaining compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and HR governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end HR operations lifecycle for employees across North America, including onboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, leave management, and offboarding.
Own and continuously improve HR operational processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, scalability, and an exceptional employee experience.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and provincial employment laws, company policies, and HR governance requirements.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities including documentation, background verification, HR orientation, asset coordination, system access, and exit formalities.
Serve as the primary HR Operations partner for employees and business leaders by providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and operational matters.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems. Generate HR metrics and operational reports as required.
Administer employee benefits, coordinate annual enrollment activities, and partner with benefit vendors to resolve employee queries.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, standard operating procedures, and process documentation to support operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives and employee lifecycle activities.
Drive HR process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
Manage relationships with external HR vendors including background verification, immigration, benefits, and other HR service providers, ensuring service quality, compliance, and timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive HR Operations experience with significant exposure to supporting North America.
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance is required. Familiarity with Canadian HR practices is preferred.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Zoho, BambooHR, or similar systems.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and global working environment.
