Job Description
Turning Pro Network, a Pune-based Executive Search firm, is expanding its recruitment team and hiring HR Recruiters / Recruitment Executives for 15 full-time positions. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, client interaction, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Candidate Sourcing
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and employee/referral networks.
Use multiple sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates for client requirements.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming vacancies.
Search profiles according to specific job descriptions and client requirements.
2. Candidate Screening
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on required skills and experience.
Conduct initial candidate interactions and assess suitability.
Evaluate communication, experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
3. Interview Coordination
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams.
Schedule interviews and ensure candidates are prepared for the recruitment process.
Follow up for interview feedback and communicate updates to candidates.
Manage candidates through different stages of the hiring process.
4. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing through selection and closure.
Maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
Coordinate offer and joining-related activities.
Ensure timely closure of assigned requirements.
Minimize candidate dropouts through effective communication and engagement.
5. Client Coordination
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements.
Clarify job specifications, skills, experience, and candidate expectations.
Share suitable candidate profiles with clients.
Coordinate with clients regarding interviews, feedback, and hiring progress.
Maintain professional relationships with client stakeholders.
Eligibility
For Freshers:
Fresh graduates from any discipline can apply.
MBA candidates are also eligible.
Excellent communication skills are required.
Willingness to build a career in recruitment and executive search.
For Experienced Candidates:
Candidates with 1–3 years of recruitment experience can apply.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are preferred.
Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, executive search, or talent acquisition will be relevant.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn recruitment processes are also encouraged to apply.
Compensation
CTC: ₹1.2–2 LPA + Variable Pay
The compensation will be commensurate with interview performance, skills, and experience.
