The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with business leaders and leadership teams to drive people strategy, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and business growth. The role requires a professional who can combine strategic HR thinking with operational excellence while building a high performance and employee centric culture.
Key responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translating them into effective people strategies, managing the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, career development, and offboarding, acting as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and performance management, leading performance review cycles, goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, analyzing HR metrics to improve employee retention, productivity, and employee experience, driving employee engagement programs, culture building initiatives, recognition activities, supporting organizational change, restructuring, and workforce planning, ensuring compliance with company policies and Indian labor laws, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Finance, and leadership teams to build scalable HR processes, and identifying opportunities to automate HR workflows using AI and modern HR technologies.
Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist, or People Partner roles. Experience supporting technology, product, engineering, or startup teams is highly preferred. Applicants should possess strong knowledge of performance management, employee engagement, talent management, employee relations, stakeholder management, HR analytics, workforce planning, HRMS platforms, and HR technologies. Excellent communication, coaching, analytical, and problem solving skills are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment. An MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification is preferred. Knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR compliance, startup environments, AI powered HR tools, HR analytics, coaching, or change management certifications will be an added advantage.
