Educational Qualification Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate • 8–10 years of relevant HR experience. • Strong exposure to both HR Operations and strategic HRBP functions. • Experience in IT/Software organizations and fast-paced growth environments will be preferred. • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
