The Senior IT HR Executive will independently manage the complete employee lifecycle while supporting the company's growing workforce and technical hiring requirements. The role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technical and non-technical positions, sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals and professional networks, screening resumes, conducting HR interviews, coordinating technical interviews, managing offer negotiations and building a strong talent pipeline. The candidate will work closely with department heads for workforce planning and hiring priorities. Responsibilities also include onboarding, induction, employee documentation, orientation, confirmation, promotions, transfers, exit formalities, maintaining HRMS records and statutory documentation, preparing appointment letters, experience letters, confirmation letters and relieving letters. The role involves maintaining attendance, leave records and employee databases, coordinating monthly payroll inputs with the finance team, ensuring compliance with HR policies, supporting HR audits and maintaining confidential employee information. The candidate will coordinate performance appraisal cycles, employee feedback, employee engagement activities, team-building events and recognition programs while handling employee grievances professionally. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, maintaining HR policies, SOPs and employee handbook documentation, preparing HR reports, MIS and management dashboards, implementing HR process improvements, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, recommending recruitment strategies, tracking recruitment metrics including turnaround time, offer-to-join ratio, hiring costs and employee retention and supporting employer branding initiatives. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or MBA in HR with 5 to 8 years of experience in HR Generalist and IT Recruitment. Strong expertise in IT hiring, HRMS, Applicant Tracking Systems, payroll coordination, recruitment portals, labour laws, statutory compliance, stakeholder management, communication, Microsoft Office and HR reporting tools is required.
