Dream Jobs Staffing Solution Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Talent & People Lead for a fast-growing creative and strategy agency in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and strengthening the people function while partnering closely with the leadership team. The role will focus on Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Experience, Employer Branding, Compliance, and People Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead end-to-end recruitment across creative, strategy, client servicing, production, operations, and corporate functions.
ā¢ Develop and manage effective sourcing strategies to attract and hire high-quality talent.
ā¢ Design and manage seamless onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
ā¢ Drive employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
ā¢ Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
ā¢ Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
ā¢ Manage POSH compliance and maintain required documentation and records.
ā¢ Maintain accurate employee records and support HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
ā¢ Build HR dashboards and people analytics reports to support data-driven decision-making.
ā¢ Optimize recruitment and HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
ā¢ Support performance review cycles and other people development initiatives.
Required Skills
ā¢ Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations.
ā¢ Proven experience in hiring across diverse business functions.
ā¢ Strong understanding of labour compliance, HR policies, and employee lifecycle management.
ā¢ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
ā¢ Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and build HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate
ā¢ 8ā9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations.
ā¢ Experience in a creative agency, digital agency, consulting firm, or startup environment will be preferred.
ā¢ Strong hands-on experience across recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and employee experience.
