Job Description
Inficare Technologies is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR Operations in a fast-paced US Staffing and IT Services environment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US Staffing HR, employee lifecycle management, talent acquisition, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Lead Talent Acquisition for US Staffing, IT, and corporate roles.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, including EPF, ESIC, POSH, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable regulations.
• Oversee payroll and compensation management.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Drive performance management processes, including KPI and KRA frameworks.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Support organizational development and people initiatives.
• Maintain HRMS, employee records, HR reports, and workforce data.
• Partner with senior leadership on HR-related business and workforce matters.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience in US Staffing HR.
• Strong understanding of labour laws, payroll, HRMS, and employee engagement.
• Experience managing employee relations and performance management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Candidate
• 5–10 years of overall HR experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in an HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager role.
• Mandatory experience in the US Staffing industry.
• Experience managing a workforce of approximately 100–300 employees.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 30 days' notice are preferred.
