The Talent Consultant will support the Talent agenda for a business unit within EY Global Delivery Services and act as a key point of contact for leadership on talent-related matters. The role is responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives, supporting change management, enhancing workforce capability and implementing talent management strategies. The candidate will work collaboratively across teams to attract, develop, engage and retain key talent while managing HR projects related to Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Talent Transformation, Talent Development and Reward and Recognition. Responsibilities include supporting the Strategic Talent Consultant in designing and delivering a scalable engagement framework, assisting business leaders and counsellors in implementing engagement initiatives, building and mentoring members of the Talent Consulting team, identifying and addressing people-related issues, coaching managers on people strategy, providing guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring effective people management and development practices, executing innovative HR programs, facilitating organizational change, supporting performance management and talent development initiatives and ensuring compliance with local regulations while managing HR risks. Candidates should possess strong business acumen, commercial awareness, stakeholder management, employee relations expertise, leadership, coaching, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a global and collaborative environment. Applicants should hold a Graduate or Post Graduate qualification in Business or Human Resources. Candidates must have 5 to 7 years of HR Generalist experience including performance management and employee relations along with experience managing and mentoring teams. Professional HR certifications, experience in consulting or professional services organizations and experience working in cross-border virtual environments will be an added advantage.
