Gruenbleen is hiring a certified SuccessFactors EC Time Off Senior Consultant with 8–14 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and the Time Off module. The ideal candidate should have successfully delivered 2–3 full lifecycle EC and Time Off implementations and be capable of leading configuration, time management workflows, business rules, and system administration. Key Responsibilities • Implement and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off, including time profiles, time types, time accounts, holiday calendars, and work schedules. • Develop and troubleshoot complex business rules, multi-step approval workflows, and accrual logic. • Manage Time Off data, including balance adjustments, recurring and permanent accounts, and effective-dated records. • Provide L3 support and technical guidance to HR administrators, line managers, and end users. • Partner with HR Business Partners to gather requirements and align solutions with business needs. • Support user training and knowledge enablement for SuccessFactors processes. • Ensure high-availability solutioning and effective use of effective-dating principles. • Support system administration and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors EC Time Off functionality. Required Skills • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off certifications are mandatory. • 8–14 years of relevant experience. • 2–3 full lifecycle implementations of SuccessFactors EC and Time Off. • Strong expertise in MDF objects, data models, time profiles, and absence management workflows. • Hands-on experience with business rules, workflows, accruals, and effective dating. Preferred Qualifications • Exposure to change management, user enablement, or project coordination. • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors release updates and implementation best practices. • Working exposure to Azure cloud environments. Job Description

Novick Biosciences is looking for an experienced HR Executive to join its Human Resources team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment, Statutory Compliance, and Employee Lifecycle Management within the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities while ensuring compliance and smooth employee coordination. Key Responsibilities • Manage monthly payroll processing, payslip generation, and salary-related activities. • Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance requirements. • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation. • Manage employee lifecycle activities from joining to exit. • Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. • Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and employee data using MS Excel. • Handle employee queries and coordinate with internal teams for HR-related matters. • Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and effective employee communication. • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and payroll information. Required Skills • Hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance. • Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. • Good understanding of PF, ESI, and related statutory requirements. • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook. • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Educational Qualification MBA in Human Resources. Preferred Candidate • 3 years of relevant HR experience. • Pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory. • Candidates with strong exposure to Payroll, Recruitment, and HR Operations will be preferred. Educational Qualification Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred. Preferred Candidate • 8–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations. • Experience in a creative agency, digital agency, consulting firm, or startup environment will be preferred. • Strong hands-on experience across recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and employee experience.
