YASH is looking for an experienced Sr. Business Consultant ā Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead enterprise transformation initiatives by designing and delivering end-to-end change management strategies. The role requires professionals with experience in at least 5 to 6 change management implementations and complete lifecycle exposure to transformation programs. Global rollout experience is preferred.
The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of consulting or industry experience focused on Organizational Change Management with expertise in stakeholder management, impact assessment, culture assessment, employee experience, user engagement, readiness assessment, communication planning, training design, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities include leveraging established change management methodologies and tools to execute strategic change plans, designing and delivering effective change management strategies for transformation programs, collaborating with project teams and client stakeholders, partnering with senior leadership including C-level executives to drive organizational alignment, developing holistic change management strategies throughout the project lifecycle, identifying and deploying communication and stakeholder engagement techniques, supporting agile and iterative transformation programs, conducting stakeholder assessments, readiness assessments, impact assessments, communication planning, training design and facilitation, creating communication materials across multiple channels to improve awareness and engagement, designing and implementing communication strategies, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure organizational buy-in, driving continuous improvements in change management processes, supporting business development activities including proposal development and client presentations, participating in internal organizational initiatives, contributing to culture-building and community development, developing frameworks, tools, and methodologies, mentoring consultants, and building organizational change management capabilities across teams.
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of change management methodologies including PROSCI or similar frameworks, project management lifecycle, ERP implementation programs, SAP, Oracle, Workday, IT, HR, Finance transformation processes, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, analytical thinking, problem solving, decision making, presentation skills, communication skills, stakeholder management, consulting, leadership, and client engagement. Candidates should be willing to travel for client engagements. MBA is strongly preferred.
