Cityjob Services is hiring an experienced HR Operation Manager for its client organization in Greater Noida. The role is suitable for a female HR professional with strong expertise in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and team handling.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance-related records.
Coordinate attendance management, leave management, payroll inputs, and HRMS activities.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Resolve employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
Prepare HR reports, MIS reports, and operational dashboards.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Lead, guide, and mentor the HR operations team.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, and Compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with HRMS, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
