Job Description
ComUnus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated IT Recruiter – Fresher to join its growing recruitment team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment of IT professionals for various technical positions. This role is suitable for freshers who are interested in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and human resources and are eager to build a career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions for various technical IT positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Search and identify suitable candidates according to technical and experience requirements.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for relevant IT positions.
Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess communication, technical exposure, and overall suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers regarding candidate profiles, interview schedules, and selection status.
Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future technical requirements.
Coordinate with the HR team during onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for selected candidates.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare and share regular recruitment updates and progress reports with management.
Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring requirements within defined timelines.

Candidate Requirements
Freshers are eligible to apply.
Strong interest in IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles will be an advantage.
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment platforms is preferred.
Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, social media sourcing, and online recruitment channels.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Willingness to learn recruitment processes and technical hiring.
Strong interest in developing a long-term career in recruitment.
