Kyyba Innovations Private Limited is hiring a Dayforce Support Specialist ā Payroll & Time & Attendance to support HRIS operations with a focus on payroll, workforce management, and system configuration. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in HRIS, payroll systems, Dayforce support, and HR technology solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
ā¢ Configure and maintain Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) modules, including Pay Policies, Entitlements & Accruals, Time Entry Rules, and Scheduling Rules.
ā¢ Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from time capture to earning statements.
ā¢ Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Dayforce Payroll and Time & Attendance modules.
ā¢ Troubleshoot payroll and workforce management issues through root-cause analysis.
ā¢ Audit and maintain system configurations and security access controls.
ā¢ Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.
ā¢ Perform regression testing and support system upgrades and releases.
ā¢ Create and support reports, analytics, and data validation activities.
Requirements:
ā¢ 3ā5 years of experience in HRIS, Payroll, or Systems Support roles.
ā¢ Hands-on experience with Dayforce Payroll and/or Time & Attendance modules is preferred.
ā¢ Strong understanding of payroll operations, employee lifecycle processes, Time & Attendance systems, and HR data management.
ā¢ Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and HRIS support.
ā¢ Knowledge of SQL, reporting, and analytics will be an added advantage.
ā¢ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
ā¢ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
ā¢ Dayforce implementation or support experience.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll technologies.
