Vinsat Financial Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a Senior HR Executive for its Noida, Uttar Pradesh location. Financial Services company. The organization is looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional to manage and support key human resource functions including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HR Operations, Compliance and Employee Relations. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates, handling employee onboarding, induction and exit formalities, maintaining employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality, implementing HR policies, procedures and organizational initiatives, coordinating performance management cycles, appraisals and employee development programs, addressing employee grievances and supporting conflict resolution, managing attendance, leave records and payroll coordination, organizing employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives and recognition programs, preparing HR reports, dashboards and MIS for management review, supporting learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs and coordinating programs, and partnering with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. An MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification is preferred. Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience in a corporate environment with strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition, labour laws, HR compliance, HRMS, Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Experience working in a financial institution, performance management, employee engagement, payroll coordination, HR analytics and fast paced organizations will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership, ownership, integrity, professionalism, decision making ability, collaboration and effective relationship building skills.
