Job Description
Visionet Systems is hiring an IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Bengaluru location. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals with 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment who have strong expertise in sourcing technical talent and managing end-to-end hiring processes. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding Visionet’s technology teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring top engineering professionals across advanced technology domains. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines for software engineering and technology roles. • Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with engineering leaders and stakeholders to deliver quality talent. • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, technology communities, and other sourcing channels. • Screen technical profiles and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements. • Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, offer discussions, and closure activities. • Handle complex CTC negotiations and ensure smooth offer acceptance. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future technology hiring needs. • Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and data-driven recruitment dashboards. • Partner with stakeholders to improve recruitment strategies and hiring processes. • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience in full-lifecycle IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition. • Strong experience hiring software engineering and technical profiles. • Hands-on expertise with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, and technology communities. • Strong understanding of technical skills, engineering roles, and technology hiring processes. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical skills with experience maintaining recruitment data and reports. Preferred Candidate: • IT Recruiters with proven experience in technical hiring and talent acquisition. • Candidates experienced in sourcing passive technology talent. • Professionals who can collaborate effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders. • Candidates willing to work from AMR Tech Park, Bengaluru under a hybrid/office work model with a 5-day work week.
