The Payroll Operations New Associate will support the HR Shared Services function by providing transactional HR support across the employee lifecycle while ensuring accurate payroll operations and compliance with service level agreements. Responsibilities include reading, understanding, and analyzing client processes according to business rules, accurately processing payroll and HR transactions, maintaining employee data, responding to employee and manager queries, escalating complex issues, participating in client conference calls, implementing process changes, ensuring process documentation and work instructions are followed and updated, training team members on process updates, performing root cause analysis, recommending corrective actions, identifying process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and controls, maintaining process metrics and MIS reports, delivering excellent customer service, resolving outstanding issues, and ensuring completion of related operational tasks. Candidates should possess knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, payroll process design, HR Shared Services, data accuracy, compliance, customer service, and HR systems. Exposure to Workday, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, or SAP HR systems will be an added advantage. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, teamwork, multicultural awareness, and the ability to work in a service-level agreement-driven environment. This role may require working in rotational shifts.
