You will play a key role in driving the people agenda for Atlas Copco Compressor Technique Customer Centre India. The position is responsible for attracting, hiring, engaging, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring alignment with Atlas Copco's values, people processes, and strategic business objectives. You will partner closely with business leaders to deliver exceptional employee experiences and continuously improve HR effectiveness through process excellence and digitalization.
The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities across functions and locations, strengthening employer branding, partnering with hiring managers for workforce planning and talent mapping, managing recruitment metrics, improving sourcing effectiveness, reducing hiring turnaround time, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
You will also plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives, build relationships with educational institutions and talent communities, develop sustainable talent pipelines, and coordinate internship and graduate hiring programs.
The position will support workforce planning, organizational growth initiatives, employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, relocations, and internal job movements. You will ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and organizational standards while maintaining accurate HR records and supporting data-driven decision-making.
The role requires fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment by acting as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers. You will support employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, culture-building activities, and address employee concerns professionally to facilitate constructive resolutions.
You will identify opportunities to simplify and automate HR processes, lead initiatives focused on improving recruitment efficiency and reducing time-to-competence, promote continuous improvement through data, technology, and best practices, and support the implementation of digital HR tools and solutions.
You will champion Atlas Copco's values, ethics, principles, and people practices while collaborating across teams to drive organizational effectiveness and employee success.
