Convey Tech Labs is hiring for a permanent SAP SuccessFactors with Employee Central and Payroll role for its Bangalore and Hyderabad offices. The company is looking for an experienced SAP HR professional with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, payroll configuration and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll including payroll schemas, payroll rules, wage types, payroll processing and post-payroll activities.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll and business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement payroll solutions and ensure compliance with local statutory regulations.
Manage integrations between Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, Benefits and third-party systems to ensure accurate employee and payroll data flow.
Perform payroll testing, defect resolution, payroll audits and production support.
Drive process improvements while maintaining payroll accuracy and compliance.
Candidate Requirements:
7 to 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP EC Payroll.
Knowledge of payroll schemas, payroll rules, wage types and payroll processing.
Experience with SAP Employee Central, Payroll Integration, Time Management and Benefits.
Ability to work with HR, Payroll and business stakeholders.
Experience in payroll testing, production support and defect resolution.
