The Sr Associate, Recruiting Contractual will support full-cycle recruitment across India by sourcing talent, coordinating hiring activities, enhancing candidate experience, and ensuring efficient recruitment operations. The role will partner closely with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, facilitate onboarding activities, maintain recruitment data and reporting, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline. This is a remote role following a hybrid work model to support recruitment operations across India.
Key responsibilities include sourcing qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels, conducting preliminary candidate screening, supporting hiring managers in identifying suitable candidates, building and maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels, arranging interview logistics including travel and accommodation where required, maintaining regular communication with shortlisted candidates, ensuring timely closure and communication with unsuccessful candidates, preparing interview materials including resumes, job descriptions, interview assessment forms, and candidate information forms, maintaining recruitment trackers, resource libraries, and Applicant Tracking System records, generating recruitment reports and monitoring hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, applications received, candidate screening, interviews conducted, and positions filled, managing the recruitment calendar and recruitment email account, responding to career-related enquiries, coordinating intake meetings and interview debriefs, supporting recruitment events, conferences, job fairs, and professional forums, updating job descriptions, career pages, recruitment materials, job postings, and coordinating onboarding activities with relevant teams to ensure a smooth joining experience.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent qualification with at least 5 to 6 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced professional environment. Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System and a good understanding of employment laws and HR standards are required. Applicants should have strong Microsoft Office skills, recruitment coordination experience, sourcing expertise, candidate management skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, interpersonal and relationship management skills, strong decision-making capability, time management skills, networking ability, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
