Job Description
Paytm Payments Services is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join its team in Noida. The role involves leading the HR function at the regional level, partnering with business leaders, and supporting business growth objectives and future talent needs.
The HR Business Partner will work closely with business and HR leadership to implement HR strategies, manage employee lifecycle activities, provide HR guidance, and drive organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include validating and maintaining employee master data accuracy throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring policy adherence and legal compliance, managing employee leave tracking, supporting internal and external audits, handling employee grievances, managing first-level escalations, and ensuring timely resolution.
The role also includes acting as the primary HR SPOC for regional leaders and field teams, supporting employee engagement initiatives, facilitating townhalls and communication forums, and managing HR trackers and dashboards focused on attrition, attendance trends, escalations, and resolutions.
The ideal candidate should have experience in core HRBP roles with expertise in performance management, employee development plans, strategy execution, stakeholder management, HRIS management, and digital HR tools. Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and presentation skills are required.
