Job Description
Handpickd is looking for passionate and target-driven Field Recruiters to join its growing Talent Acquisition team in Bengaluru. The role is focused on high-volume hiring for Blue-Collar Associates, Delivery Executives (Bikers), and Fleet Partners.
The ideal candidate should have experience in blue-collar recruitment, fleet hiring, manpower onboarding, and high-volume recruitment. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, documentation, verification, onboarding formalities, and coordination with operations teams for timely workforce deployment.
Key responsibilities include conducting field recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and local hiring campaigns, building candidate pipelines through referrals, job portals, consultancies, vendors, social media, and field sourcing. The recruiter will also coordinate with operations teams, achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets, and maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
Candidates with prior recruitment experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, last-mile delivery, and warehousing industries are preferred. Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required. Preference will be given to local candidates based in Bengaluru.
