Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Coordinate technical interviews and complete hiring processes.
Handle offer rollouts, onboarding activities, and HR documentation.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for technical positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
0.6ā2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Experience hiring Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Analysts, UI/UX Designers, and other technical roles.
Strong candidate sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of ATS, HRMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
