Hiring: HR Executive
Location:
Gurgaon, Sector 20 (Udyog Vihar Phase-1)
Working Days:
Monday – Friday
GetWork is looking for a passionate HR Executive to join its growing team. This role is ideal for HR professionals who have experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations and are eager to contribute to a technology-driven recruitment organization.
Experience:
1–2 Years
CTC:
3.6 LPA (Final compensation will depend on interview performance, relevant experience, and overall fit.)
Job Description:
Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
Handle HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
Maintain HRMS records, attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
Support payroll processing and ensure HR compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Organize employee engagement initiatives and coordinate HR activities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, HR MIS, and stakeholder communication.
Generate HR reports and ensure accurate employee data management.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of open positions.
Preferred Candidate:
1–2 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
Hands-on knowledge of HRMS, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of 15–30 days will be preferred.
Comfortable with the offered CTC and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
