AugmentiqX is hiring an Assistant Manager – Human Resources (HR Generalist) on behalf of its client. AugmentiqX operates in the recruitment and staffing industry. Employee size was not provided. This is a full-time, on-roll position based in Delhi. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll coordination, HR operations, statutory compliance, labour law coordination, performance management support, HR policy implementation, SOP creation, documentation, employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, HR analytics, and reporting. The role requires managing the complete employee lifecycle while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective HR solutions. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations. Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, HR compliance, employee lifecycle management, excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience with HRMS and ATS platforms will be an added advantage.
