FiftyFive Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to manage Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This role is ideal for HR professionals with strong Corporate IT Recruitment experience who can support the complete employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Job Description:
Manage end-to-end Corporate IT Recruitment for technical positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely position closures.
Handle candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer rollout, and onboarding.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle activities.
Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.
Maintain attendance, leave records, HR documentation, and employee databases.
Assist with payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and HR policy implementation.
Maintain HRMS records, recruitment trackers, and HR MIS reports.
Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Preferred Candidate:
3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition professional.
Strong experience in Corporate IT Recruitment is mandatory.
Hands-on exposure to HR Operations including onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and compliance.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS, and HRMS platforms.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
