HiringGo is hiring an HR & Admin Executive for a Gurgaon-based opportunity. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing office administration, facilities, vendor coordination and procurement while supporting key Human Resources operations. Responsibilities include recruitment support, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, leave management, payroll coordination, HR documentation, PF, ESI, Shops and Establishments compliance, drafting HR policies, appointment letters, maintaining employee records, coordinating with legal and regulatory teams, organizing internal events, travel arrangements and providing administrative support to senior management. Candidates should have experience in a combined HR and administration role. Experience in corporate, Information Technology or fintech environments will be preferred. Knowledge of HRIS tools, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and basic labour law compliance is required. Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are essential. MBA in Human Resources, BBA or a relevant diploma is preferred. Recruitment and Human Resources Services, 11–50 employees.
