LeadSquared is hiring for the position of Senior Executive - HR Operations at its Bengaluru location. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, maintaining data accuracy, supporting statutory compliance, and delivering an excellent employee experience. The position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong ownership, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and payroll coordination.
The selected candidate will manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and employee separations. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, ensuring HRMS data accuracy, coordinating payroll inputs such as new joiners, exits, attendance, leave records, incentives, reimbursements, and salary revisions while ensuring timely payroll processing.
The role involves administering leave management, attendance tracking, shift management, employee documentation, generating HR letters including appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, experience, and relieving letters, and handling employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, employee benefits, and HRMS within defined service levels.
The Senior Executive will support statutory compliance activities, internal and external audits, maintain audit-ready documentation, coordinate employee benefit programs, insurance administration, reimbursements, vendor management, end-to-end exit formalities, Full and Final settlement coordination, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
Additional responsibilities include preparing HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management, identifying opportunities for process improvements, supporting HR automation initiatives, creating process documentation and SOPs, and collaborating with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, Administration, Legal teams, and external vendors to ensure efficient HR operations.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred. Applicants should have 3-4 years of experience in HR Operations with expertise in employee lifecycle management, HRMS administration such as Darwinbox, GreytHR or similar platforms, payroll input management, leave and attendance management, HR documentation, statutory compliance, audit support, HR reporting, MIS preparation, Power BI, Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, process documentation, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, customer-centric approach, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset with exposure to HR process automation.
