Job Description
A client is hiring highly skilled Senior IT Recruiters for its Hyderabad team. The role focuses on end-to-end IT recruitment, niche and lateral hiring, technical resume screening, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete end-to-end IT recruitment for multiple technology roles.
Understand technology roles, skill combinations, and detailed hiring requirements.
Handle niche and lateral hiring for specialized and experienced positions.
Conduct effective technical resume screening and shortlist relevant candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, databases, referrals, and other channels.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
Engage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle and maintain regular follow-ups.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously and drive timely position closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate candidate and hiring information.
Support smooth candidate onboarding and joining follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Strong end-to-end IT recruitment experience.
Good understanding of technology roles and relevant skill combinations.
Experience in niche and lateral hiring.
Strong technical resume-screening capabilities.
Excellent sourcing and candidate-engagement skills.
Strong stakeholder-management and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and achieve timely closures.
Comfortable working in a hybrid client-office environment.
Employment Details:
Contract Duration: Initial 6 months
Employment Model: Contract-to-Hire
Payroll: Hire Wings during the initial contract period
Work Location: Client's office, Hyderabad
Hybrid Requirement: 2ā3 days per week from client's office is mandatory
Further Employment: Subject to performance, business requirements, and client's decision.
