Job Description
Concentrix is hiring for the position of Recruiter I at its Hyderabad location. This role is responsible for ensuring staffing requirements are met by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support dynamic business needs. The Recruiter I will work with various clients to assess hiring needs, interview candidates, and support the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include assisting with the implementation and administration of recruitment programs, receiving, screening, and maintaining resumes, conducting background and reference checks, and performing initial telephone and face-to-face interviews with prospective candidates. The role also involves supporting hiring managers with candidate recommendations, assisting in preparing competitive compensation offers, and facilitating candidate negotiations.
The selected candidate will leverage multiple sourcing channels including the internet, community organizations, print media, professional and personal networks, colleges, and trade associations to identify qualified candidates. The Recruiter I will maintain accurate recruitment records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools while ensuring compliance with local hiring regulations and recruitment standards.
The position requires developing a thorough understanding of job specifications, including required experience, technical skills, and behavioral competencies. The recruiter will represent the company professionally to candidates and external service providers while maintaining the highest ethical standards throughout the recruitment process.
Candidates should have less than two years of relevant recruitment experience. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize work, meet deadlines, proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, professionalism, relationship-building skills, and the ability to maintain confidential information are essential.
