Job Description
Kirtane & Pandit is hiring a Sr. Executive – HR Operations for its Pune office. This onsite role is ideal for professionals with experience in handling end-to-end employee lifecycle management and core HR operations. The selected candidate will work closely with the HR team and department heads to ensure smooth HR processes and compliance.
The role involves managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, separations, and exit formalities. Responsibilities include generating appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, experience, and relieving letters, monitoring compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations, maintaining HR documentation as per organizational and legal requirements, coordinating monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements, and full and final settlements, administering employee benefits, insurance, and statutory schemes, maintaining accurate leave balances, preparing HR dashboards and MIS reports, identifying opportunities to automate and improve HR processes, addressing employee queries related to HR operations and policies, supporting grievance handling and employee communication, coordinating employee engagement and welfare initiatives, developing and updating HR SOPs, and partnering with department heads to support HR operational requirements.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management, a good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance, experience in payroll coordination and HRMS, strong analytical and reporting abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
