We are urgently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional for the Noida location. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions including Corporate, Operations, IT, Non-IT, Support Functions, and Leadership hiring.
The candidate will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, understanding manpower requirements, preparing hiring plans with business leaders, and ensuring timely closure of critical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Lead end-to-end recruitment across Corporate, Operations, IT, Non-IT, Support Functions, and Leadership hiring.
ā¢ Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
ā¢ Understand manpower requirements and prepare hiring plans in consultation with business leaders.
ā¢ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offer rollout, and onboarding.
ā¢ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
ā¢ Ensure closure of positions within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
ā¢ Partner with stakeholders to fulfill hiring requirements effectively.
