Job Description
Scienstechnologies is hiring an experienced HR Manager for its Bangalore location. The role is focused on leading the end-to-end HR function, building high-performing teams, driving HR transformation, and partnering with business leaders to strengthen people practices.
The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 10 across Recruitment, HR Operations, and Administration. The role includes driving end-to-end recruitment strategy, managing hiring targets and recruitment analytics, overseeing HR operations including onboarding, payroll, HR policies, SOPs, and compliance, implementing HRMS, ATS, and HR technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
The position also involves building HR dashboards and people analytics for data-driven decision-making, leading employee engagement, performance management, grievance handling, and talent development initiatives, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and people strategy, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing office administration and facilities.
The ideal candidate should have 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience with 3 to 4 years in a managerial role. Candidates should have strong expertise in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, payroll, HR compliance, HRMS, ATS, HR analytics, people leadership, stakeholder management, and change management. Experience in scaling HR processes within a growing organization will be an added advantage.
