A global leader in the electrical and energy solutions industry is hiring a Senior Manager ā Learning & Development for its Corporate Office in Gurgaon. The organization is looking for an experienced L&D professional who can design and deliver impactful learning programs and build a strong learning culture across the organization.
The Senior Manager ā Learning & Development will be responsible for developing learning strategies, creating training content, identifying capability gaps, and driving learning interventions across teams. The role requires regular travel to manufacturing plants and regional offices to conduct training sessions and support organizational learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver impactful training programs independently.
Develop learning content, training modules, facilitator guides, and other learning materials.
Identify capability gaps and implement effective learning interventions.
Travel regularly to manufacturing plants and regional offices to conduct training sessions.
Partner with business leaders and HR teams to strengthen the learning culture.
Ideal Candidate
8ā12 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development.
Strong classroom facilitation and presentation skills.
Proven experience in instructional design and content development.
Comfortable with frequent travel across India.
Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, electrical, industrial, or FMCG organizations will be an advantage.
