As the organization continues to grow, it is looking for a Senior Manager ā Corporate HR Business Partner who will work closely with the Founders and CHRO to build a high-performing organization and drive strategic Human Resources initiatives.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for Human Resources Business Partnering, Human Resources Operations, Payroll, Human Resources Policies, Compliance, Vendor Management, Human Resources Technology, and employee experience initiatives while supporting business growth through scalable people practices.
Key Responsibilities
Partner directly with the Founders, CHRO, and Business Leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
Act as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner supporting organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and change management.
Lead end-to-end Human Resources Operations including onboarding, employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
Manage payroll operations ensuring accurate salary processing, statutory deductions, reimbursements, full and final settlements, and payroll compliance.
Develop, review, implement, and enhance Human Resources policies, Standard Operating Procedures, employee handbooks, and governance frameworks.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, audits, and Human Resources governance standards.
Manage relationships with payroll partners, background verification agencies, insurance providers, consultants, and other Human Resources vendors to ensure operational excellence and cost optimization.
Drive Human Resources digital transformation by administering and optimizing Zoho People and Zoho Recruit while leveraging automation to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
Lead performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, organizational development, and culture-building initiatives.
Prepare Human Resources dashboards, Management Information System reports, and people analytics for leadership decision-making.
Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to build efficient and scalable Human Resources processes.
Mentor and develop the Human Resources team while fostering accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
10 to 15 years of experience in Corporate Human Resources Business Partnering and Human Resources Operations.
Proven experience working closely with CXOs, Founders, or Senior Leadership teams.
Strong expertise in Payroll Management, Human Resources Operations, Human Resources Policies, Vendor Management, Compliance, and Employee Relations.
Hands-on experience with Zoho People is mandatory.
Strong understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, and Human Resources governance.
Experience driving Human Resources transformation, process automation, and organizational effectiveness.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
