Job Description
Subodhan Engineers (Pune) Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced HR Executive to support the development of people, workplace culture, and high-performing teams within its growing organisation. The company operates in electrical and electronics manufacturing and is a leading provider of power quality solutions.
The selected candidate will manage end-to-end HR functions while supporting employee engagement, talent development, and organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
Manage the Performance Management System and coordinate performance-related processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, the Factories Act, the Shops and Establishments Act, company policies, and other HR requirements.
Plan and coordinate employee training and development programmes.
Handle payroll processes along with compensation and benefits administration.
Promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
Manage employee relations, employee grievances, and HR compliance matters.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in BBA with HR specialisation or an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources. Applicants must have 5 to 8 years of experience handling end-to-end HR functions, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
The role requires strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Candidates should also have working knowledge of HRMS tools, Microsoft Office, and labour laws.
