Role Overview and Core Objectives
This is a full-time, on-site HR β Business Operations role based in South Delhi. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and exit formalities. The HR β Business Operation professional will support the implementation and communication of HR policies, oversee employee benefits administration, and maintain accurate personnel records. Responsibilities include coordinating with department heads for manpower planning, supporting recruitment processes, and assisting in performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The role also requires ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, preparing HR reports and dashboards, and contributing to process improvements that support the centreβs growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete employee lifecycle from seamless joining formalities, documentation collection, induction, attendance management, leaves tracking, through to exit interviews and clearance formalities.

HR Policies and Governance: Support the structured rollout, communication, and governance of organisational HR policies, ensuring workforce alignment and consistent compliance across operating units.

Employee Benefits and Coordination: Administer employee welfare programs, manage leave and attendance records, and coordinate compensation-related inputs and benefits delivery.

Manpower Planning and Talent Support: Coordinate closely with department heads to understand staffing requirements, assist recruitment channels, screen profiles, and facilitate interview scheduling.

Performance Management and Engagement: Assist with periodic performance appraisal reviews, track employee goals, and execute workplace engagement initiatives to foster a positive, supportive work environment.

Statutory Compliance and Reporting: Ensure full adherence to applicable Indian labour laws, prepare operational HR MIS reports and executive dashboards, and identify opportunities for HR workflow optimisation.
Qualifications and Requirements

Strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management, with demonstrated experience handling day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

Practical knowledge of HR policies and their execution, along with familiarity with applicable employment laws and statutory regulatory requirements.

Proven experience in managing employee benefits, leave records, attendance tracking, and compensation-related coordination.

Competence in personnel management, handling employee queries, maintaining updated personnel records, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.

Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an added advantage.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capability to collaborate cross-functionally across departments.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hands-on experience using HRIS or HRMS software platforms.

High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive, ethical approach to managing confidential workforce data.
