Job Description
TechForce Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesforce IT Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. The role specializes in sourcing, screening and hiring qualified Salesforce professionals across multiple technical and functional positions.
The selected candidate will recruit Salesforce Developers, Architects, Administrators, Consultants and Quality Assurance Engineers. The role requires a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, recruitment best practices and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand job requirements, technical expectations and team hiring needs.
Source suitable candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, Naukri, SignalHire, job boards, employee referrals and professional networking.
Review and screen resumes according to the technical and functional requirements of Salesforce positions.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical suitability, communication skills and organizational fit.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Salesforce professionals across India, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Track recruitment metrics, including time to fill, quality of hire and candidate pipeline health.
Prepare and share regular recruitment reports with the leadership team.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on Salesforce technologies, certifications and market trends to identify suitable and high-potential candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of IT recruitment experience.
Applicants must have at least 2 years of recruitment experience focused on Salesforce roles.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ and Field Service Lightning.
Knowledge of related Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations and DevOps is required.
Applicants should have demonstrated experience sourcing passive candidates through advanced sourcing and search techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills are required.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools such as Zoho Recruit and LinkedIn Recruiter is necessary.
Candidates should be capable of managing multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience recruiting for Salesforce consulting organizations or enterprise clients will be preferred.
Familiarity with global hiring practices and compliance requirements will be an advantage.
Knowledge of recruitment automation tools and workflow optimization is desirable.
