Role Purpose
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and supervisory hiring across The Oberoi Group.
The role will involve sourcing suitable talent, building strong candidate pipelines, supporting recruitment campaigns and hiring events, partnering with hiring managers and contributing to new hire success and workforce stability.
This role is suitable for recruiters who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments and are passionate about delivering recruitment results.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage recruitment activities from candidate sourcing and screening through offer management and onboarding support.
Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements, candidate expectations and hiring priorities.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume hiring needs.
Deliver hiring outcomes while maintaining a strong and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development
Source candidates through job boards, employee referrals, social media platforms, professional networking, campuses, open houses and hiring events.
Explore innovative candidate sourcing strategies and talent attraction channels.
Develop and maintain talent communities to support future hiring requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources teams to deliver assigned hiring objectives.
Provide regular updates regarding recruitment progress, open positions and candidate pipelines.
Share candidate insights and market information to support informed hiring decisions.
Events, Referrals and Employer Branding
Support employee referral campaigns, campus hiring initiatives, recruitment drives, open houses and hiring events.
Represent The Oberoi Group professionally during all interactions with candidates.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent outreach activities.
Candidate Experience and New Hire Engagement
Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
Support onboarding activities and new hire engagement efforts.
Participate in employee retention touchpoints during the first 90 days of employment.
Proactively identify and escalate concerns related to newly hired employees whenever required.
Process Excellence
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and reporting requirements.
Contribute ideas to improve recruitment effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Skills and Experience
Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience within hospitality, BPO, retail, telecom, aviation, healthcare services, logistics or another high-volume hiring environment.
Strong candidate sourcing and engagement capabilities are required.
Applicants should have experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills are necessary.
The role requires high energy, adaptability and willingness to support recruitment events and hiring campaigns.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, candidate sourcing tools and Microsoft Office is required.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
