Agile Advisors, founded in 2016, is a rapidly growing global sustainability advisory firm with offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Singapore, the Philippines and India. The organization offers deep expertise across multiple sectors in sustainability reporting, sustainability strategy and assurance. Its services also include carbon strategy and footprint assessment, green building certifications such as LEED, ESTIDAMA, WELL, IGBC and GRIHA, and ISO-based management system implementation. Agile Advisors supports clients through environmental services including EIA, CEMP, PER, environmental monitoring and modeling. The company also provides solar consulting services covering feasibility studies, design and ownersβ engineering. Agile Advisors is looking for a Human Resource Manager who is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating a positive workplace culture. The selected professional will play a key role in driving the organizationβs people strategy and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with organizational requirements.
Manage the complete recruitment and onboarding process, including workforce requirements, candidate hiring and employee induction.
Oversee employee engagement, performance management and employee retention initiatives to support a productive workplace.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, organizational policies and established HR practices.
Handle employee relations, workplace conflict resolution and disciplinary matters professionally and fairly.
Coordinate learning and development programs designed to enhance employee capabilities and professional skills.
Manage payroll coordination, employee leave administration and the maintenance of accurate HR records.
Support the leadership team with organizational development initiatives and workforce planning.
Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. A masterβs degree will be considered an advantage.
Applicants should have 5 to 8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
Candidates must possess strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities are required.
The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while working in a fast-paced environment.
