Job Description
BD Software Distribution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its growing organization. The company operates in the Computer and Network Security sector and has 51–200 employees.
The role is suitable for a professional passionate about building people, culture, and high-performing teams while shaping an exceptional employee experience.
Manage end-to-end HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle.
Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and other applicable requirements.
Drive onboarding, employee confirmations, performance appraisals, and exit management.
Build strong employee relations and resolve grievances effectively.
Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and workplace events.
Coordinate learning and development initiatives and POSH compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and HR MIS reports.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent retention, and organizational development.
The candidate should have 8+ years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance is required.
Hands-on experience in payroll, Performance Management Systems, employee engagement, and HRMS is required.
The candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
