The Role
Ever watched a company go through massive growth and wondered, "How do they keep their teams motivated, balanced, and highly productive through all that high-speed change?" That does not happen by accident. It takes a strategic thinker who knows exactly how to connect people's core strengths with the actual needs and speed of the business.
If you are genuinely fascinated by what makes people tick, have a natural drive to solve problems, and love helping teams succeed, you are in the right place. We are not looking for a traditional HR who simply checks boxes from behind a desk. We want a dynamic partner who is obsessed with employee success, fixes team bottlenecks like a professional, and focuses on building a workplace culture rooted in high trust. You will step right into the huddle with our business leaders to turn great talent strategies into real-world impact.
Responsibilities
When you put on the cape, here is what your day-to-day mission looks like. You will be talking to our leaders and teams every day to

Map and Execute FLOW Mapping
You will routinely audit team skill levels against task complexity to make sure everyone stays in their optimal "Flow State", systematically preventing boredom on one end and burnout on the other.
Own Capability Management
You will lead talent bucketing calibrations to categorize performance across teams, establishing clear, practical "Next Steps" action plans for every group to step up their game.
Proactively Track Early Warning Indicators (EWI)
You won't wait for people to reach burnout. You will actively monitor flight risks, stress signals, and team friction to catch and resolve structural attrition before it happens.
Conduct High-Impact Employee Check-ins
You will lead structured, recurring 1-on-1 check-ins across different divisions to stay deeply connected to grassroots employee sentiment, moral health, and operational hurdles.
Oversee Performance Follow-ups
You will design, monitor, and execute tight performance follow-up structures like Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), turning underperformance into success stories.
Champion Clear Career Progression
You will build transparent, structured career pathing frameworks that show our people a vivid, exciting future map of their growth within the company.
Manage Employee Relations
You will be the definitive point of contact for issue mediation, behavioral escalations, and keeping our workplace fair, open, and psychologically safe.
Drive Employee Engagement
You will design meaningful engagement activities and pulse surveys that keep team morale high and breathe life into our core company values.
Leverage HR Analytics
You will rely heavily on workforce data, dashboards, and metrics to track organizational health, spans, layers, and project impact, using these data-driven insights to back up your recommendations during leadership reviews.
