Instawork is seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Recruiter for the Assistant Manager - Talent Aquisition position to lead and execute high-volume hiring initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in bulk hiring, hiring drive management and the ability to manage and mentor HR interns while working closely with business and operations teams. Responsibilities include planning, organizing and executing large-scale virtual and on-ground hiring drives and managing bulk hiring for Operations and other frontline roles. The Assistant Manager will lead and manage a team of HR interns, including task allocation, training and daily performance tracking. The role will drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding coordination. Responsibilities include designing and rolling out attractive and effective employee referral bonus programs to improve hiring outcomes and leveraging AI-based recruitment tools and modern sourcing techniques to improve hiring efficiency. The role will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, timelines and priorities, maintain recruitment data, dashboards and hiring reports for leadership review and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with strong experience in bulk hiring and hiring drive management, especially for Operations or Customer Support roles. Proven experience managing and mentoring HR interns or junior recruiters is required. Candidates should have hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools, while exposure to AI hiring tools is an advantage. The role requires the ability to conceptualize and execute effective referral programs and excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
