Job Description
At CMART SOLUTIONS, the company is looking for someone who can build high-performing teams, challenge mediocrity, drive accountability and create an environment where exceptional talent thrives. HR is viewed as a strategic business function rather than only policies and payroll. CMART Solutions is a fast-growing professional services and technology firm in the energy trading and IT consulting space. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in London, with offices in Bengaluru and Dubai, the company serves clients across Europe, the Middle East and Asia while expanding to other geographies. CMART partners with leading global energy and trading companies to deliver consulting services, service accelerators and technology solutions. The company delivers ETRM and CTRM consulting, digital transformation, managed services and proprietary accelerators used by major energy and commodity trading firms. It operates with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification. CMART Solutions is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager who can partner with leadership to build a high-performance, people-first organization. The role requires someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution, building scalable HR processes and creating an engaging employee experience. The Human Resources Manager will lead the end-to-end Human Resources function and ensure alignment with the organization's business goals and growth strategy. The role will partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning and people strategy. Responsibilities include driving end-to-end recruitment across technology, consulting, leadership and corporate functions while enhancing employer branding and candidate experience. The role will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, employee relations and exits. The Human Resources Manager will lead performance management, goal setting, appraisal cycles, talent reviews, succession planning and performance improvement initiatives. The role includes designing and implementing employee engagement, recognition, wellness and culture-building initiatives to improve retention and employee experience. Responsibilities also include developing learning and development programs, leadership capability, career progression frameworks and competency models. The Human Resources Manager will ensure efficient HR operations through HRMS administration, policy governance, documentation, payroll coordination and process automation. The role will build HR dashboards and leverage people analytics to provide actionable insights on hiring, attrition, engagement, productivity and workforce trends. Responsibilities also include managing HR budgets, external partners, recruitment agencies and HR technology platforms. Candidates should have 7+ years of HR Business Partner or HR Leadership experience and should ideally have worked in IT, SaaS, Product, Startup or Web3 environments. Experience leading both Recruitment and People Operations teams is required. Candidates should be highly data-driven and comfortable making decisions using business metrics, influencing stakeholders and leaders with confidence and working with high standards, ownership and execution in fast-moving environments with minimal bureaucracy. Experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting, Engineering or Product organizations is preferred. Exposure to global HR practices or international workforce management is an advantage. Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, Darwinbox, Keka or Workday, along with experience in campus hiring, employer branding, HR analytics and process automation, is preferred. The role will build a scalable HR function that supports the company's next phase of growth, partner with founders and leadership on strategic people initiatives, attract and retain top talent, strengthen CMART's employer brand and foster a high-performance and people-centric culture through effective engagement and development programs. The Human Resources Manager will drive HR transformation through automation, analytics and process excellence while ensuring governance, compliance and operational excellence across the HR function. The position provides an opportunity to build and shape the complete HR function of a high-growth international consulting company, work closely with founders and business leaders, influence strategic people decisions and drive transformational HR initiatives that directly impact business growth.
