Job Description
Career Switch is building a team that is passionate about transforming careers and is looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to help find, hire, and support exceptional talent. The selected candidate will play a key role in building the workforce by managing end-to-end recruitment while also supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals, screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews, coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate communication, handling employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities, maintaining employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation, addressing employee queries and supporting day-to-day HR operations, organizing employee engagement activities and helping foster a positive workplace culture, and maintaining recruitment trackers, HR databases, and MIS reports. Candidates should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills, and basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals. Immediate joiners are preferred.
